Update: Chongqing dog rescue

** Update **

Not yet, this was another night, more dogs passed away, it is so cold, and the sick dogs are not allowed to take to the vet, more volunteers are coming from Guizhou, Shandong Province, and Changsha as well! They have to drive long way to reach Chongqing, but this great support for the volunteers at the scene, Mr Chen hasn’t sleep for several days. And the pregnant girl is still there.  The girl with 4 month baby, she was heading Qijiang again last night. This is so great bloody dog rescue in history of China!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please spread the info in Facebook, the local media kept silent, we need the reporters from overseas to give the pressure to save the dying dogs, this time must victory, and otherwise, the dog nappers would be more evil.

Please see the link of “Care for Chinese Animals” for more updates

Hi

I’m writing about dog rescue in Chongqing. Everywhere on face book people are saying the dogs have been saved, but when i followed your link to your web page the latest news is that the activists are still in negotiations with the police, and the dogs haven’t yet been released – are the dogs safe?
Please let me know, i’ve shared the story with many people and we all thought the dogs were safe

Thanks

Amy

What can I do to help?? I am located in Pudong, Shanghai, just moved here from the states, I am a veterinary technician and want to help in WHATEVER way that I can. I’ll foster, donate, whatever. Please keep me updated as to what I can do and please let me know the status of the dogs.
