Looking for a foster home!

Hello,

I am about to rescued a little kitty, He is living in the compound across the street, apart from being clearly under weight, he is not able to eat properly, I am taking him to the vet, and leave him for a week; However after he is free to leave the hospital,  He would need a foster or temporary home while we find a love sweet home.

I need help finding a foster temporary home, I am willing to pay for all expenses, but can’t take him on board, I have tree cats, and I will be leaving in December until March, so I can’t look after him properly.

Please help me circulate the information, the photos I am attaching are showing his real condition. I can post the progress daily.

Wonderful day to hold our adoption day and we are so glad to be back at our usual place….outside Papas Bierstube 🙂
6 beautiful animals found their loving and permanent homes. Thank you to all our supporters (old and new faces!).

I also want to thank our amazing and dedicated volunteers, Pinghe Middle/High School students wanting to help and support our group!

JAR will be participating at 3 events this month.

JAR AD 7th Sept

With short notice about changing location due to the Mid Autumn Festival and event outside Papas Bierstube, we were located at the very end of  Laowai Jie (Hongxu Lu entrance. Not ideal place to hold adoption day but it was either cancelling the event or giving our animals a chance to get adopted/fostered. In the end 7 animals got adopted so it was a good decision to do the event in general.

I want to thank our amazing volunteers for their support and help. It was hot and they kept their ‘cool’ in ensuring our animals, rescuers and foster carers were happy. I also want to welcome new volunteers who joined our group. Well done!

Due to short notice, the management of Laowai Jie informed us that we had to be moved further down (Hongxu Lu entrance). The location was not ideal, but it was either no adoption day or giving it a go……..Luckily, we successfully had 7 animals adopted and 2 fostered!!

I also am looking forward to cooperating with Bagong company (an applet/program) based in Beijing. A program that is a combination of WECHAT/TWITTER where individuals/groups uploads animals available for adoption online. More outreach and exposure for animals to the community. JAR will be the first animal rescue group trialing the application in Shanghai. More work to be done,….slowly but surely.

2 kittens urgently needs a home!

I am looking for a home for these 2 kittens, and I hope to find one before 10th July as I am leaving Shanghai on the 11th. I would be grateful if you could post about them on your website/weibo so that I can find a good home for them soon.

They are currently 8 weeks old, both female, and are playful and friendly in nature.

JAR AD May 18th

Even though it drizzled and the weather was a little miserable, many rescuers and passers by came by to check out our event. Thank you to our new foster carers for their willingness to temporarily look after our rescued animals, existing foster carers and rescuers and of course our dedicated volunteers for attending..

I also want to thank Linda for sponsoring and purchasing 2 boxes of dog jerkies, NAVARCH – dog/cat food gifts that is given to our new adopters, Animal Abuse Group (raising 1175  RMB  (selling badges) and the Girl Scouts Group 5823 (article to follow of their fundraiser).

4 animals adopted with 2 going into foster care…..slow day but more exposure for the group!
